Convert from XviD to SVCD

Is it possible to convert from XviD to SVCD?

Should be the same as DivX to SVCD conversion. Eg. in TMPGEnc, make sure the XviD Directshow playback codec is installed and working (ie. XviD playback works in Windows Media Player) :

That method doesn't work for me, I get no audio and virtual dub won't extract the audio for me.

is there any other method ?
