good DivX only without sound

Hey,

I've got a prob... maybe you could help me! Ive got a good divx movie the only problem is it's withoud sound.

I opened it with VirtualDub and this is what I saw @ file info:

I have also Braveheart on DivX the first part worked fine but the second gives problems with playback it can't open it or something.

i have tried PowerDVD and tried installing divx codec 3.1 and 4.0 but both didn't work ;(

this was my procedure
tried to play the divx file in PowerDVD >> audio didn't work
tried to play after installing codec 3.1 over 5.0.2 >> same audio didn't work
tried to play after installing codec 4.0 over 3.1 >> same here


what do i have to do next?

install some a3c package: i did it already i runned a batchfile for w98 it looked like this:

echo Registering AVI-AC3 Filters...
regsvr32 /s iviaudio.ax
regsvr32 /s mpgaudio.ax

}
can anybody tell me what to do?

you need to copy the files to your windows/system directory

did you do so?

need to copy the batch file into windows\system and than run the file?
