Quality problems dvdx 2.0

Hi

My problem is that when i rip with dvdx 2.0 i get on the
faster parts ( when someone is running or something!!) bad
quality!! It's is not that you can't look at it but it may be better!!!!

I've tried G.K. but i can't figure out how to work with that program!! even if i use the explaination!! :smashead:

Are there more people who have the same problems??
And how did you solve this problem????

hi!
I have been using Dvdx for much time and i will tell you how to
make a 2 pass divx with dvdx..
Do all the usual things you do when you encode with dvdx(remeber to set them to the highest quality that means FPU at input settings and 3dnow!,sse bicubic at output settings)but when you have to select the codec select divx502 but instead of
1pass encoding select 2pass 1pass.Now press encode and wait until it's finished..When it finish select again at output settings->codec->divx502->2pass 2nd pass,press encode and overwrite the previous .avi file(it's not necessary) and wait until it's finished..in this way you'll have a 2pass,high quality avi file with dvdx20...
If you don't make it try Vidomi encoder (www.vidomi.org)
