Add the translation to the movie's contents

Hi Folks!

I’ve a movie, I want to attach it to an Hebrew translation,
I use MicroDVD software to do it but I need the translation to remain with the movie,
Without the need to run it from MicroDvd evrytime I wanna watch,

How can I put the translation text permanently with the movie contents?

Use Sub-station Alpha to create the subtitle script, and then using the Virtualdub subtitler filter (Available from here (http://www.virtualdub.org/virtualdub_filters)), merge it with the video.

p.s. One warning. It may not be an easy task to successfully synch. and time the subtitle script along with the audio. Patience is a virtue here. :)
