good picture, no sound..

I have a DIVXMPG4 V3 -file, 640x352, framerate 23 img/sec, bitrate 166kbit/sec
Audio 448kbit/sec

Picture i s excellent, but there's no sound...
what can i do?

you need an ac3 codec.
