How encode Divx on Mac ??? [Archive]

Does anyone knows a program which can encode DivX on Macintosh ??
I need help !!!

PS : I have the codec but not the encoder

Presently, I believe that the only way to accomplish this is to purchase a copy of Connectix' "Virtual PC" and do it in a PC environment.
