wanting to make custom "intro" video to authored dvd...

I was wanting to know if anybody has any suggestion for making a small custom video like the ones by Paramount, Universal etc. To better explain, I want a simple video that plays before my mastered DVD goes to the main menu. A video that I can customize that will have info like "This video ripped and encoded by..." etc. I need a directions to a program that can help me with this.

Any help would be appreciated! :D

vegas video 4 is the solution. You can do whatever you want with it. Music based on mp3s and fancy transitions to create a fully compatible mpg2 file.
