Burning DVD-R Help

Ok, here's the questions.
6 DVD with three episodes on each and I can only fit two episodes on each disc. Each episode last about 45 to 50 minutes.

I burnt the first two episodes sucessfully because they're connected.
Now on my second disc, I want to put episode 3 that was left over from Disc one with episode 4 from the second disc.

Can it be done ? I don't want to waste the disc with just one episode on it.

Yes, it can be done and I have done it many many times.
But you will not get any MENU

Could you show me how exactly you did it. I'm a little bit familiar with IFOedit. Not a pro but I know how to strip the menu audio and subtitles. How to split two disc.

I went to the site that you gave me but can't really find anything related to what I'm looking for.
