synch out with bsplay !

Plce help.
I have latest Bsplay, DivX 5.02 Pro.
Sometimes on some movies it happens and I can never find out why, on DivX completely synch out :
a) video from audio
b) video from subtitle
c) audio from subtitle
d) video from audio and subtitle

I could not find any solution plce help.
