What is the easiest or quickest software to go from DVD to VCD?

Well, actually, the best thing you're better off getting is a DVD2VCD pack, its includes a whole bunch of software (all which is needed) to 1. extract the dvd 2. convert the dvd 3.tell you how to burn the dvd.
