deleting and inserting frames.....

i want to delete some frames out of something i encoded, but i know that it would desync the sound. is there a way to paste another frame in that spot where i deleted the frame so that the audio isn't messed up?

If you use VirtualDub, the audio will not become desynchronized. What will happen, however, since the audio and video are multiplexed, is that whatever sound (if any) occurs during those deleted frames will likewise be deleted.
