Not smooth

I have a problem! My copies of DVD movies are not running smooth, the stop once and a wile. When i have ripped de movie
(DVD-decrypter) and check it out it OK, also after using IFO-edit
nothing is wrong with it but after using Rmpeg the problem appaers.
Are my settings wrong, or is it just a problem of the program.
Can someone tell me what is going wrong? Thank You.

Before you burn the movie to DVD, you need to use IFOEdit again and load any of the .IFO files and open it and choose the setting "Get VTS sectors" and follow that on through.

Also, keep in mind that poor quality DVD media will cause an inordinate set of problems. I've burned great movies that played flawlessly on Maxell or TDK disc and then burned the same movie on KHypermedia DVDs (got them cheap!!), and the resulting DVD movie, skips, freezes, or pixalates or a combination of all three. Made by CMC and they are absolutley crap. Some of the Memorex DVD discs are also suspect, as they are made by CMC I am told.
