I used TMPEnc to convert from a WMV file to MPG. I followed a tutorial and everything started out right. My problem is, is that it almost freezes after a few minutes. The elapsed time counter only move a second every so often and it takes about 5 minutes for every second of video. Maybe this is just how slow it goes but it seems really bad to me. I have priority on high. Any help would be great. Thanks.
