Everything works working fine for me, until my HDD did few spins to many. Once I replace the HDD, I re-install all the software and now neither FlaskMPEG nor X-MPEG work, these are my problems:
X-MPEG: I load the VOB file (over 7 GIGs [Figth Club]) and it does not do anything at all. Same as if I did not load the file.
FlaskMPEG: I load the same file, and it does it thing; resizes the screen to the movie screen, I click on play, and it plays the movie, but when I go to resize/crop/letterbox, the screen is black. And if I decide to click on flask it! windows generates an error and kills the program.
I have read the post by Angie, and I am not saving the output in the same directory; furthermore, is a whole different drive.
