hi
so far i also use nero latest patch and burn with the dvd-video mode which works perfact for me.
it donīt seems to make any difference for my standalone-player weither the dvd has an audio_ts folder or not.

My Philips DVD player will NOT play when I burn it using DVD-VIDEO, but it will play when burned in UDF/ISO

I've heard that just UDF is better than all modes

As I mentioned in an earlier post, the UDF 1.02 mode in NERO appears to provide compatibility with the broadest spectrum of standalone players (older and newer)...

thnx for replies

i already tried udf/iso 1.02 but this doesnīt solve the problem.

additionaly i never had problems with my standalone except these few movies and i thought there might be some known exceptions of dvds which need special treatment.

but it seems as if i got some hidden error which occurs only with this mentioned dvd5s.

"thnx for replies"

Huh???

This isn't your thread...

(By the way, I recommended UDF 1.02 NOT UDF/ISO 1.02 - That's a different selection)
