Software for detecting delay in DivX

I'm wondering, if there's a software for detecting delay of ac3 track in divx movie like it is possible to get from DVD with DVD2AVI or other soft.

I'm also having major problem with this using scenarist....so far only with ntsc divx movies.....I think it may have something to do with the pulldown process and not so much the delay issue.....where the video seems to run fast in the Scenarist simulation...
