Xvid will NOT work

Hi, Xvid used to work on my machine until i formatted it. Now ive reinstalled everything,

** Xvid picture is slower than the sound **

My setup consists of

wm9
divx 5 pack
nimo pack
xvid codec

have tried bsplayer but get a very distorted picture

Any help would be appreciated guys/ gals.

Uninstall the NIMO CODEC PACK and install only FFDSHOW or the XVID codec. Search the forum prior to posting, usually most answers can be found.

Ok guys. ive installed the SLD 1.3 codec pack and now xvid works perfectly, BUT - divx will no longer work, picture freezes after a few frames but sound continues.

any ideas?
