Converting RM Movies to AVI

Hi, i am a newb to converting RM movies to Avi Divx format.

Well, I have a 116MB of Movie that is in RM format. and my dad want to watch it on his VCR. Therefore, I have to convert it to AVI format and then burn it to a CD using Nero.
(Note: I don't live with my dad.)

And then I will just play it on DVD player and record it to a Tape.

Well, I found EO Video that can let me do it. However, I tried alot of mathod, and I was not very successful. I got no picture, and the audio was screwed up when it finished converting.

Can you guys help me, thanks.

PS - the picture was the Error Message posted when it finished converting.

If that doesn't work, there are other "screen capture" software such as Camtasia and Snag-it.

However, it doesn't really work for me.

Right now I got the EO Video work. However, the audio is always faster than the Video. That means I heard the character talking before I can see the picture. They are not synchronized. By the way, I am using Divx 5.02, Audio Mp3, 56kbit/s, 24000Hz, stereo.

How do I synchronize it?
