Illegal Operation

I'm trying to convert an xvid to a vcd using tmpgenc. Halfway through the inverse telecline I get an illegal operation. Anyone have any ideas what I'm doing wrong?

Try freeing some system resources.

I freed up some system resources and tried again and still no luck. I got the illegal operation at the same spot. This is what the error says "TMPGENC caused a divide error in module xvid.dll"

Re-install the XviD video codec.
