reduce size of Divx movie

i have a 720 mb movie
how to reduce it to 700mb in loosing minimum quality
and fast as it can be

1 cut off end-credits

and/or

2 load the avi into virtualdubMOD, set video to direct stream

next go to AVI => audio1 => FULL processing mode

now go to AVI => audio1 => compression and choose a LOWER mp3 bitrate than before

finally avi => save as to new file name

by reducing the audio bitrate you should be able to save the necessary mb
