stripping AC3 audio from DivX-AVI movie!? Can´t hear any sound!

Can anyone help me? I have Tombraider as 2 AVI files with an AC3 audio stream. How do i remove this stream, or make it into a standard AVI file?
I have a few tools to make wav or mp3 from AC3, but none of them can use a DivX Film as the source.
I will give the user that solves this Prob. for me acces to my ftp when i have the file fixed. It will then be overloaded with mp3´s and movies.

I had kind of simulair problem and he showed me the way to rip the ac3 out the avi and then convert it to wav

(at least this is what you need if i read your question right, isn't it)
