Where to find older versions of Vobsub?

I am having trouble extracting subtitles off a few titles with the current version 2.23, as in no language script is detected. The problem was non-existent with older versions and hence why I would like to revert to an older version.

The problem is, I have deleted all older versions of Vobsub and updated my back-up discs with only the latest version of Vobsub. Does anyone know where I can find (preferrably) post-2.20 version of Vobsub?
