Dose anyone know how to make Digital videos into sepia using Premiere 6.5 or realy any other program you can thnink of for a windows XP platform, thanx

One of VirtualDub's built-in filters allows you to select ANY individual color to apply to your video...

well do you know the color for sepia? for example like red: 240 Green: 45 Blue: 138?
