sound and picture is not synchronized

Recently I have a downloaded a concert of U2 (DIVX4.0, 192 kb/s). But when I preview this file (because I am downloading it with Kazaa and it's not yet finished) the sound and the movie are not synchronized. The sound comes about 30 seconds earlier then the picture comes.

What's the reason for this? And how can I resolve this?
