No Sound & Chopy Screen

My films goes chopy and with no sound. I dunno where's the problem.... :mad:

I had the same problem, but discovered it is the player, not the encoder. I played the same xvid file with BSPlayer and it was perfect. Out of curiousity, did you recently upgrade your Divx codec? I did and that is when the problem started.
