Spruce Up and 5.1 Sound

I have now ripped a DVD and have a D2V file and an audio in AC3.

What is the best way to now get this onto a blank DVD-R.
I have spruce Up, which from what I have seen can handle 5.1 sound, but How do I get the Mpeg and the 5.1 sound into a file to put into Spruce Up

hehe..
its easy, just Rename the .M2v and .Ac3 files with the same file name, but diferent extensions off course...(ie. MainMovie.m2v and MainMovie.ac3 , ExtraVideo.m2v and ExtraVideo.ac3) and when you add the Movie Spruce Up recognizes that both files are assosiated.. THERE U GO!! hehe..
