Converting Divx to Svcd w/mp3VBR????

I just found out that my dvd player can play svcd and also mp3VBR.I have a divx movie with VBR mp3,How can I convert to Svcd and keep the audio the same?My reason for asking is because I havent been able to convert my divxVBRmp3 to vcd succesfully.I get audio/video sync problem.

Although your player may play both SVCDs and VBR .MP3, I really doubt that it will play an SVCD encoded with VBR audio, since that audio format is not part of the SVCD standard...
