Odd problem with FlaskMPEG

All of a sudden flask makes the movies i encode from an ifo skip every 30 seconds or so. its not the key frame rate; im using the xvid codec, it was working but now it won't again. its the newest version (0.7.8.39). how do i fix the skipping?

IMHO, any version of Flask is just crap!. If you want a decent video encoder based on Flask to work, please use Xmpeg 4.5 and
you'll be surprised with the results. But never use Flask (or even Xmpeg 4.5) for muxing: Virtual Dub or nandub are used always for this purpose.

thanks, ill try the program, but what is muxing? is it the same as multiplexing?
