How to change the frame rate without change the Audio/Video synchronization.

I have two vids, one in 15.000 FPs and other with 29.700 FPs and I want join those 2 vid in one, but with any program he say the video have diferent frame rate (xx.xxx vs xx.xxx) and I want put the 2 in one vcd.

Have any mode to join those 2 vids in one without change the sinchronization?!

I do it with the quick time pro, but it's to slow (export, change the frame rate, the codcts..., realy to slow to convert after all)

U can't join two videos with different frame rate in the same video (With the same frame rate) because 1 of them will have a desynch with the sound.U can merge the same videos nut with the frame rate they already have 15FPS, 29FPS
