Converting to AVI problems

I've got my VOB files but I'm having trouble convering them to AVI files!It starts fine but then stops after 9 secs onwards.Any advice:vbouncy:

Why don't you start by telling us which ripping software you used to create the .VOB and which conversion software you're using (and what settings) to try to create your .AVI?

I ripped the DVD with SmartRipper and I have 5 VOBS.I'm using DVD2avi to try and convert it.It starts off okay and then stops :newbie:

As an alternative, try using Flask instead of DVD2AVI.

I'm confused as to which settings they should be set at.Do I need the Panasonic Plug-in?When I started Run Conversion it didn't do anything.:cry:

No.

If you want to create a compressed .AVI, you'll have to install one of the DivX codecs. As to how to use Flask, I'd suggest that you go to thissite and read some of the "how-to" guides:
