Need help with TMPGEnc

Please bare with me I know next to nothing about computers. I tried downloading TMPGEnc and the plug in. It says after downloading the plug in to unzip it into the other file. First off after downloading the file looks like a computer, it won't open. I click on it and it just keeps asking me if I want to open file from current location or save to disk. Either way I go the same thing keeps popping back up. Second I may be brain dead on this, but how do you unzip a file. I've never done that. Please someone help, tell me what I am doing wrong.

Deanne, I sure hope you mean, "Please bear with me" - 'cause I don't remove my garments for just anybody...

That said, I'd suggest that you go to a basic Windows forum to seek information about zipping/unzipping compressed files. (Even this sounds funny to me now...)
