Seperate DivX AVI and WAV soundtrack....how do I make a movie file from them?
I have a movie ripped in the DivX codec with no sound and a WAV file of the soundtrack.
How do I merge them together?

Thanks a lot, that helped :D
But one thing, once I have the finished file, how do I burn it to a CD so it will be recognized by a DVD player?

If it is in DivX format, you'll have to change it into a VCD format. I think the format is pretty strict, its not something I've ever done, sorry. I'm sure there's info on the web somewhere though

avi CANNOT be played via standalone players!!
if you like to have formats for your standalone: vcd (mpeg1) or svcd (mpeg2) should be the ones to go for!
i'm doing some testruns with a tool called DVD2SVCD these minutes (started it last night, so i'm not a pro concerning svcd creation!), BUT this tool is so easy i couldnt believe my eyes!!!
ripp the dvd, load the ifo files (make sure to have cce installed, which DOES NOT come along with dvd2svcd) specify output folders and you'll be rewarded with almost the best quality possible on svcd basis!!!
here is the home of DVD2SVCD (http://212.88.77.140/)
get the file on the top left corner and make sure you have cce version 2.5 (2.62 will not work!) !!
i love this tool and i usually do not like all-in-one-solutions!
