tag 353 implies to be the divx audio codec......
this codec is included in most packages such as
tsunami ... nimo ..... codec packs

It's also automatically installed as part of the "package" if you download and install the DivX v.3.11alpha codec...

Sorry to bug you but i tried the tsunami package and it wouldn't work on my computer and the nimo lite package didn't have tag 353 either so now i'm trying the alpha codec one. Does it matter that i have the xp verson of windows??? Thank you.

Just so you know, "tag 353" Decimal is the same as "tag 0x161" hexadecimal - which is what will show up under programs such as VirtualDub...
