Dr.Divx & WinXP

Guys! Who had problems in WinXP while truying to encode DVD->DivX? I just choose all the parameters for encoding and right after Dr.DivX crashes on me :( It works fine in Win98 only.
Who knows the problem solution? Please help!

i also use winxp with sp1 and dr. divx works fine !! dude, something must be wrong with some installations, either of the O.S. or codec or dr. divx !!

upgrade ur dr divx software if ur registerd user it will auto upgrade if ur using trial it will restart ur trial i guess.
