Nero Question HELPPPP!!!! Please

Im trying to burn Video/Games using Nero that can be played back on my xbox. Ive heard i need to use the UDF mode and select "Force DVD-Video Compatibility" but i just dont know what to actually burn. Like do i put the ripped dvd videoTS file in the space provided under UDF mode?..HELP!!!
