DVD Decrypter is for MPEG-2 standard format DVDs. If you want to store the VCD movie on a Data DVD, then you can just extract that from the VCD with TMPGEnc by using MPEG Tools and save it. However, if you want the DVD to play on a stand alone player as a DVD (not sure why you would want to do this, since most DVD players also play VCDs), then you have to take the file you got from the above process and re-encode it as MPEG-2. You can use TMPGEnc for that, by using the wizard or manual settings, depending on the TV system you have (PAL, NTSC). Then you will have to author that file into DVD file structure, for which you can use TMPGEnc DVD Author (different than the above program) and add a menu and chapter points if you like. Then burn it to a DVD.

No cracks allowed here, but TMPGEnc is worth the money if you are going to do this kind of work beyond the 30-day trial period. TMPGEnc DVD Author is also a good program, and available from PegaSys, the makers of TMPGEnc. Though not freebies, for the price both programs are very useful for making VCDs and DVDs.
