Divx.log

I've downloaded all the mp3 and divx codecs but when I try to run flask .6 in 2 pass mode it tells me that it cannot create the divx.log file. I've searched my hard drive there is no file like that.
How do I create that file or is there a download I should have gotten ? I need some help . If I use it in 1 pass mode it works fine.

OK you're trying to run the divx 4 codec in "2-pass, Second pass," am I right? For 2-pass encoding you need to do (basically) the entire encoding process twice, the first time selecting "2-pass, First Pass," which creates the DivX.log file (default), after that is complete, then you should do it all over again, but this time selecting "2-pass, Second Pass" which reads DivX.log and encodes the file based on the stuff that the codec figured out during the first pass.
