Out of sync and black screen. Please help me!

Hi! I need help with this avi file thats giving me crap. First off I'm pretty sure its an xvid file. I have the Klite pack installed.

When I use windows media player 9 to play the file it has video and audio but its out of sync. I had this problem with a few other files, so I used Divx play 2.5 to play and the other files played in sync. When I went to play the file I want it plays audio but has a black screen.

I opened in Gspot and it says there are 3 compatable codacs for video.

1) Load the original video file into VirtualDub (or one of its many variants) or NanDub

2) From the "File" dropdown menu, select "File Information"

3) Post (here) EVERYTHING you see (BOTH video and audio information), or post a screen capture .jpg of the information box
