DivX Subtitles in WinDVD6

Hi.

I've been using VobSub to display subtitles in WinDVD6, and until today, it has worked.

But now, the green arrow appears on the tray, but no subtitles are displayed. :(

Could somebody please tell me what to do, or what codecs, plug-ins or filters I need to play DivX subtitles in WinDVD6?

P.S.: Please, dont tell me to use another player, I've tried them all and WinDVD is the one I like.

Does this happen with just ONE video, or EVERY video - including videos that previously showed the subtitles when running in WinDVD6?

I've discovered something weird.

If I load the AVI (any AVI, btw) with WinDVD6, the green arrow doesn't appear, meaning VobSub is not auto-loading.

BUT if I open the AVI with BSPlayer (the green arrow does appear), then Pause it, and open WinDVD while BSPlayer is paused, a second green arrow appears, and I can use VobSub with WinDVD.

Any explanation/suggestion would be appreciated. :)
