A friend of mine had an issue with his RCA DRC 7005 digital video recorder which he needs to have serviced. I have the same player, and it works fine for me (knock on wood).
Would anyone know where I can bring this to have serviced in Jersey? Or any phone numbers besides the one that's in the Manual? RCA is just giving him the runaround. Any help is appreciated. thanks.
