SVCD w/ AC3 audio?

Is it possible to create VCD or SVCD's with the original AC3 audio. or the AVI w/ the AC3 audio. I'v seen postings about Dvix with ac3 put can't figure out how to do it. i've read a lot of the guides and can't find anything about it.

Can any one help?

i have flaskmpeg, graphedit, etc.

This can be accomplished with a modified version of VirtualDub (1.4C-AC3), which you can obtain at:
