Purchased a used pc with several programs installed, one of which was Canopus - encoding avi files to mpg files. I used it to check it out and installed the program on another pc. Tried to use same and a message appeared that a necessary hardware lock was not installed. This message did not appear on the used pc. What program could be installed that would bypass a hardware lock? Thanks.
