hi guys, I've doanloaded a video file off the internet, which I'm trying to put on dvd, the file came as a .ogg file (which I'd never even heard of). It wouldnt play so I downloaded "open video converter" which plays the file perfectly... no audio sync.
in order to put it on dvd however it has to be in a format like .avi i think, and so I converted it using the same program... worked great. with a small problem
if i convert it using no video compression, the audio sync is spot on, although the file gets too big fo rmy hard drive after about 15 minutes of footage.
if I use the divx option (there is a list of audio and video compression options you can use) then by the end of the file (about an hour and a half) the audio is about 2 seconds behind.
I tried changing all the options but couldnt get it any different.
So if i convert to avi using no compression it's fine, but if i use divx or another codec thingy... the audio is 2 seconds behind by the end.
any ideas? i'm trying to get this done before monday, lol
thanks guys :)
