wot software do you recomend for creating DVD menus etc

hi wot software do you recomend that will allow me to make my own DVD menus with background picture in the background, and some music playing when the menu first comes on >???

Nerovision Express 2 is my choice, not only can you use any picture, you can use a video clip and all the music and even the chapter buttons can be animated.
