"Divided by 0" error in TMPGEnc Xpress

Does anyone know how to get round the "Divided by 0" error in TMPGEnc Xpress. it's doing my head in.
I've tried stripping the audio out with virtualdub but i still get it.

Could it be a codec problem.

The movie is Xvid and AC3

Any Ideas.............

In TMPGEnc, under the "Environmental Settings" "VFAPI plugin" tab rightclick on the "Direct Show Multimedia Reader" and increase to one greater than the highest priority of listed items. This will enable TMPGEnc to accept a properly encoded .AVI with .AC3 audio for input...

It's TMPGEnc Xpress i'm using and it's just a tick box for the direct show multimedia file reader.
When i use it in TMPGEnc plus it say's
"Index of scan line is out of range (240)"
I have the priority up on that too.
