My pleasure ;>}

"but when I preview it , It only got sound but no picture at all."

What is it exactly that you're doing when you "preview" the file?

How are you managing to download a commercial program twice? - are you sure it's TMPGEnc Plus ?

Hi, setarip

Yes, I am sure its TMPGenc Plus, Before you start encoding, it suggest to preview the file see if its correct. I just found that
it maybe TMPGenc Plus doesnt support the "codes : MP43 ? "
Since I am just a "preschool" level to these stuffs, Maybe you can
explain it. Thanks advance !!

If you've got the codec installed on your system, TMPGEnc can handle it.

You haven't mentioned whether you are able to view the original file. If not, you've probably got to install the codec...

Let's try to solve your mystery from two different directions.

First, load the .AVI into VirtualDub. Then, from under the "File" dropdown menu, select "File Information". Post what you see.

Then, since TMPGEnc Plus is the first commercial version of thissoftware (and since you didn't answer my question about downloading it more than once, I'm guessing you've obtained a less-than-perfect "cracked" version), I'd suggest that you download one of the non-commercial, legitimate freeware versions of TMPGEnc and try using it with your mystery file.
