Use DVD Shrink to "burn" to your hard drive, rather than to DVD media.
Then use DVDDecrypter to remove the RCE protection (from the DVD Shrink-created DVD "package" on your hard drive) as follows:
1) In DVDDecrypter, from the "Tools" dropdown menu, select "IFO".
2) (This step is only to prove that the ripped DVD initially contained RCE protection) Select "Region Information" - Select the VIDEO_TS.IFO. Click on "OK". You will see that it does, at this point contain RCE protection
3) Select "Region Patch"
4) Select "Region Free" - Select the VIDEO_TS.IFO. Click on "OK". You'll see a "successful patch" message.
5) Select "Region Information" - Select the VIDEO_TS.IFO. Click on "OK". You will see that it no longer contains RCE protection ;>}

I am wondering if someone knows how when you download a movie via a legitimate business to then burn it to a DVD.. I would really like to know this.. I have paid a token 1.99 to do this, and would like a copy..

Before asking another question, why don't you first indicate if you've used my instructions to successfully overcome your RCE problem?
