How to make a Divx movie from a DVD with linear PCM stereo?? The ripping part is ok... (I used SmartRipper and the ripped .vob's contain the audio-stream.)
The problem is that Flask does not recognize the audio stream and make an divx without sound.
I have also downloaded and looked for several other encoding/ripping apps without success!
I'll be really happy for suggestions on programs, and the procedure to make the divx!

Have you set Flask to Decode Audio in the Global Project Options? And why do you wish to have oversized PCM audio for the DivX movie? Normally, one would use MP3 tracks. Flask should also be able to list what audio codecs it can utilise in the Output Format Options. If you can't see MP3 as one of them, try installing the Radium MP3 codec and see if it's there.
Or did I miss your problem completely?

The source (DVD) has the PCM audio (It is an DVD issue of an old concert movie recorded 1970).
I want mp3 sound in the final divx.
Problem with Flask is that it does not handle the pcm audio-stream in the vob, In options > audio the only avaible option is "don't process audio".

As I suggest to alot of other people that have had problem with flask (as I also had) is to use Gordian Knot. It works fine, is a little bit harder to learn but you have a great guide at www.doom9.org/gknot-main.htm. I've haven't had any problems with this when I convert from DVD:s. So my siggestion of a program is GKnot.

No, Guardian Knot doesn't solve my problem...
The problem is that this .vob has a PCM audio stream instead of Dolby5.1 stream as usual in 99% of the DVD's.
I have no problem at all to rip/encode "regular" dvd's
