Ive gotten the same error. unfortunately i dont know how to fix it
it seems to only happen on larger files.

wot do u mean by "the same error"? a little more detail might be helpful!

If you mean you've got a memory error whilst writing to a CD-R, its probably cuz you're trying to right quicker than Nero can read, so trying dropping the write speed to between 1x and 4x depending on the size of the file.
