SVCD problems

I have SVCD movie in a bin/cue file.

When I burn it and play it in my DVD player the color is black and white.

I tried extracting the MPEG from the BIN file and burned that...Still black and white.

When I play the movie on my computer its in color...

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
